1,518 foods from IFCT 2017 and INDB 2024, in the units people eat in — a katori of dal, one big paratha, a bowl of poha. Matching is inspectable trigram search, because paneer paratha and aloo paratha sit next to each other in any embedding space and 28% apart on the plate.
